Coppermine is the e-commerce solution for web shops, subscriptions, order processing, CRM, finance and logistics. We have enhanced our solution with a reseller module. Most of our clients target either the business to consumer or the business to business market. However, some client's sell products and services to both.
In this case the business to business customer is a reseller of the product for example a supermarket. To facilitate this need we our proud to announce our reseller module. The module allows our clients customers to order via the web shop customer portal. For reseller's the shop will provide separate reseller priceplans or individual plans, this way our client can improve on sales and the customer relationship. Our client's customer can track the delivery and payment status of order and goods in the portal.
