Does Coppermine have a web shop solution?

Yes, Coppermine is available as a turnkey solution and as an API driven solution. With the turnkey solution Coppermine provides a web shop, content management system (CMS), customer portal and back office tool. The back office tool consists of CRM, customer service, finance and payments, logistics and shipments. The back office tool further has all the marketing features, campaigns, affiliates, promotions, discounts, coupons, price plans. When using the API solution, only the back office tool is available.

 

Does Coppermine have a content management solution (CMS)?

Yes, when using the turnkey solution, Coppermine provides a web shop, content management system (CMS), customer portal and back office tool. The content management system allows you to fully customize the website, web shop and customer portal. You can create and edit themes, templates, pages and widgets in user friendly "what you see is what you get" WYSIWYG editor. 

 

Does Coppermine have a customer portal solution?

Yes, when using the turnkey solution, Coppermine provides a customer portal with the solution. The customer portal allows clients to log in and view their details, subscriptions, orders, shipments, invoices and payments. The portal also allows customers to repeat their subscriptions and orders, cancel subscriptions, and pay outstanding amounts.

 

Is the Coppermine solution multi-lingual, multi-site, multi brand?

Yes, the Coppermine web site, web shop, customer portal and backend are all multi-lingual. Visitors and users can choose their own language. The content management solution (CMS), web shop and customer portal support the creation and management of multiple sites. You can sell all your brands in a single shop or sell them in brand specific shops.  

 

Does Coppermine have a customer relationship management (CRM) / customer service solution?

Yes, the Coppermine backend provides a customer relationship management and customer service tool which allows your team to easily provide outstanding service to your customers efficiently. The backend tool provides a 360-degree view of your customer, displaying a customer dashboard with key performance indicators (KPI), all documents sent, addresses, contacts, invoices, payments, shipments and notifications. The backend tool further allows customer service agents to manualy create recurring subscriptions and one-off orders. To increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, authorized customer service agents can overrule campaign price plans and discounts or reimburse payments.   

 

Does Coppermine CRM support the tagging of customers like black listing?

Yes, Coppermine supports the tagging of customers. By tagging a customer it is possible to reject the customer from ordering or only providing prepaid payment methods like iDeal. This can useful when preventing abuse of the products and services you sell.

 

Can Coppermine CRM detect duplicate customers and merge them? 

Yes, Coppermine can detect duplicate customer records. The backend tool provides a deduplication interface where duplicate customer records are displayed. You can easily identify duplicate customer records and merge them and associated orders to optimize your customer database.

 

Does Coppermine have a marketing, campaign, promotion, discount, coupon, affiliate, reseller, price plan, product catalog solution?

Yes, the Coppermine solution provides you with all the tools to make selling your products and services easy. You can create product catalogs, price plans, campaigns, discounts, coupons and track the performance of these and the affiliates. Coppermine has advanced pricing rules and discounts so that you can target your market segments effectively. You can even create a price plan for specific customers such as resellers. When they use your web shop the prices they see will be adjusted to the their pricing agreement.

 

Does Coppermine have a finance, invoice, and payment solution?

Yes, the Coppermine solution administers all financial activity for a customer and their orders. Customers can see their invoices and payments in the customer portal. If there are any unpaid invoices the customer can pay them directly in the portal. Customer service agents have a 360-degree dashboard for each customer and can easily view invoices and payments. Authorized customer service agents can create new invoices and payments optimizing the customer experience. Coppermine aggregates all the financial data in reports or can export the data in a format suitable for other administrative systems. 

 

Which payment service providers does Coppermine support (PSP)?

Coppermine supports the following payment service providers: Global Collect, Ingenico e-Payments, Buckaroo, Mollie and Multi Safe Pay. If you have a payment service provider which is not listed, let us know and we will connect it.

 

Which payments methods does Coppermine Support?

Coppermine supports the payment methods provided by the payment serivce provider (PSP). The most common methods are bank transfer, iDeal, Master Card, American Express, Visa, PayPal, Mrcash, Sofort, Bancontact, Meastro, KBC / CBC, Belfius.
